The building is located on a small hill - with approximately 80 stairs that take you right to the beach (or go down the road one block for less of an incline).

The building has an elevator and is technically on the 4th floor. The 4th floor is located 7 stories up from ocean side entrance and 1 story up from mountain side entrance.
The unit, named "Casa de las Olas" (House of the Waves) has great ocean breezes that cool and refresh the condo in minutes. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker, etc. Washer and dryer in the unit. This condo has its own water purification system in the kitchen and a digital safe box. It offers a nice size living room with dining table sitting area. The 2 full bathrooms have rainwater shower heads and granite counters.
On the rooftop of the building is a beautiful heated infinity pool with amazing views. There is also a covered gazebo area, sink and BBQ. Building has a very nice gym on a lower level. The building is one block to beaches and close to great restaurants, night life, shopping.
