We have blended the charm of Old Mexico with the comfort, modern conveniences and luxury you deserve. There are 2 bedrooms, (sleeps 6) with 1.5 bathrooms. The shared pool is right outside of both bedrooms and our house is the only unit with that type of access. Brand new items include all mattresses, Black-out blinds, furniture, TV, kitchen appliances, fans and much more. Only a 15-minute walk to the beach or golf course and 20 minutes to Ixtapa center. GREAT views of the moon over the ocean at night and a very short walk to Las Brisas to enjoy the sunset at the best bar in Ixtapa. There is ample closet space, a totally stocked kitchen, and a new washer and dryer for your use. Maid service is once weekly at a rate of 1600 pesos, plus tip. This property has a 2-week minimum stay required. The house is perfect for 1 - 3 couples. Unfortunately, this is a kid-free, pet-free property. You will love our casa, "Mariposa Del Mar" and our Property Manager is always available to assist with any needs you may have.
