The space
This spectacular three bedroom ground floor residence sits right in front of the luxurious pool/ jacuzzi and a few steps away from the pristine white sands of El Caimancito beach making it an ideal family getaway. A perfect expression of luxury coastal life over 3,300 square feet of flexible indoor-outdoor living space. Meticulously designed by architect Gerardo Ulate to highlight the azure water views of La Paz Bay from every angle.
Style and sophistication are in every detail of this beautifully crafted home. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite the outside-in and connect the open concept living and dining areas to the magnificent terrace.
Guest access
As guests you will have access to the entire Villa: three bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a living room with dining room, a laundry area, and a terrace with amazing views to the beach. In addition, you will have access to the common areas of the complex, including access to the beautiful gardens that surround the facilities, as well as the general services of Playa de La Paz Residences, which share a large swimming pool with an outdoor jacuzzi and sun loungers; relaxing beach areas with gazebos and sun loungers, a tennis court and a private gym for your convenience. In addition you will have access to exclusive Puerta Cortes Marina and the only Gary Player Signature golf course in Mexico, El Cortez Golf Club surrounded by stunning Sea of Cortes views. In addition to all of its amenities of restaurants , beach and sea activities and private beach clubs. Puerta Cortes Marina is a nice place to walk around and it also has very nice restaurants (about 5 minutes from the house). Our guests can have access to Puerta Cortes beach club where besides of course the beach, there is another pool, restaurant and amenities.
