Positive: A truly satisfying stay! The hotel is newly built and spotlessly clean, with a convenient location right next to the business district. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively resolving our issues. The room offered a broad view, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the sound insulation was excellent. The breakfast was delicious too! From service attitude to overall quality, everything about the hotel was top-notch. Changsha is definitely worth a visit. Additionally, the hotel provides parking facilities—for this price, we’re more than satisfied! They even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. One thing that deserves a special mention is the air conditioning, which worked brilliantly!
