Positive: On the shores of West Lake, the location is unparalleled—simply fantastic—and invites a leisurely round trip along the Su Causeway and its surroundings. And the hotel itself! A dreamlike place, with its beautiful gardens, magnificent buildings, and enchanting pavilions. Indescribable. The rooms are comfortable and completely silent. In the lobby, the guzheng is played live every afternoon, providing the perfect tone for the hotel’s perfect atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. For dinner, we tried Jin Sha, which serves traditional Chinese cuisine. Excellent food and service. It is important to note that the staff has an excellent command of English.

Negative: My only regret is not having stayed longer.
