Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The owner is friendly and helpful. The location is away from the main road so its very quiet and peaceful. Black out curtains block the morning sun. Beds are relatively clean. Air-conditioning works great and blankets are comfy. Typical semi-hard mattresses that are common in Vietnam. Chairs and tables to chill, and even a hammock to rest in. Great spot to relax at sunset. The breakfast made by him was also delicious. You can also have meals prepared for lunch or dinner but need to inform him at least a day or two in advance so he can get the ingredients. He has 5 puppies that are extremely active and it was a lot of fun spending time with them. Overall, would recommend it for travelers looking for more authentic homestays, he literally lives in another room within the building. He also continued to help me during my trip whenever I needed, even after leaving the homestay.

Negative: During my stay he informed me that the one of the water pump was broken, which affected the shower pressure, but the water was still hot and I'm sure he will fix it. Possible improvements could be additional floor mats and a toilet seat.
