We are excited to announce the soft opening of our Kenting B&B on July 1st! Our enthusiastic team is eager to share the news with everyone.
It's always difficult to book a room during summer vacations, but now we offer a newly renovated B&B with each room designed in a unique style. Located right next to Kenting Street, our B&B boasts an exceptional location. We are next to the Kenting National Park parking lot and just across from Dawan Beach (the site of the Spring Scream music festival). It's only a one-minute walk to Kenting Street.
If a guest needs a refund due to personal reasons after paying the deposit/total amount for the room, the refund will be calculated according to the following cancellation times and refund ratios:
â– For those who have paid a deposit, it will be processed as follows:
1. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives earlier than the 14th day before the scheduled check-in date, the business should refund 100% of the paid deposit.
2. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives between the 10th and 13th days before the scheduled check-in date, the business should refund 70% of the paid deposit.
3. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives between the 7th and 9th days before the scheduled check-in date, the business should refund 50% of the paid deposit.
4. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives between the 4th and 6th days before the scheduled check-in date, the business should refund 40% of the paid deposit.
5. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives between the 2nd and 3rd days before the scheduled check-in date, the business should refund 30% of the paid deposit.
6. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives one day before the scheduled check-in date, the business should refund 20% of the paid deposit.
7. If the cancellation notice from the guest arrives on the scheduled check-in date or if no cancellation notice is given, the business may retain the entire paid deposit.
