Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Nangan. The hotel perfectly captured the local culture, making me feel immersed in the island's way of life. The staff was incredibly kind and shared many details about the area with us. My room was cozy if not a little traditional, providing a comfortable location after a day spent on a scooter.

Negative: While the hotel was a delightful experience overall, I did find that it is true what they say, the soundproofing is lacking. As a light sleeper, I could hear just about everything that happened in the neighboring room. However, once they went to sleep we had no problems.

Summary: Cheap stay in a traditional hotel in a local village
