Summary: Phoebe contacted me even before we start our stay to make sure we make best use of our time in Hualien, helped us to arrange for our transportation to Taroko National Park, and gave us tips/ suggestions on arrival. The hostel was absolutely beautiful, we were upgraded to room 初見 and were welcomed by fresh fruits, cakes and tea upon our arrival. Phoebe and Vincent are so welcoming that I feel like I am at home. Breakfasts are perfectly delicious and Phoebe is so nice to help us prepare our breakfast as early as 6am in the morning on our departure day and 7am on our day trip visit to Taroko, she even prepare water and snacks for our hike and make us ginger tea at night after we return from dinner!!! Words cannot express how much we appreciated everything they did for us and this is the most valuable experience I have had in this trip. You will not get this kind of experience if you stay in a hotel and that is definitely not a miss! I will definitely visit Hualien again and stay with La meme Histoire!!!
