Positive: I booked this hotel seeing that it's walking distance to Hsinchu Governor City God Temple (新竹都城隍庙). They use LINE to do all the communication. It would like good to install LINE to make everything go smooth. They accept payment via LINE or directly bank into their account. However, since we are foreigners, they accept cash payment during our check-in. They will send you all the details (i.e. door password, etc. ) once payment is made. There is a lift to serve floor 2 to 5. However, if you have big luggage, you may need to carry it up the staircase to reach 1st floor. Only then you can access to the lift. Thus, please pack light. :) We were early before check-in time and they let us keep our luggage at the corridor (there is a surveillance camera). The room is really spacious and well equipped with everything we need. There is a coin laundry near the hotel. Overall We really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: There is quite a distance from the Hsinchu Train Station. It would be good if one could take Uber in order to avoid walking on busy streets before arriving at the hotel.

Summary: Clean spacious room, value for money!
