Summary: The property is very peaceful. Rooms are simple but spacious.The location is a bit far from everything and the free bicycles are very old, many without working brakes. Breakfast has very limited options that ran out very quickly ( had to ask and wait a long time for coffee, vegetables even though we arrived almost an hour before the end of breakfast. We ended up driving to Tam Coc for breakfast the next 2 mornings. We asked for a later checkout (1hr) and the hosts were accommodating.
