Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring Hanoi and the Old Quarter. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool was a real bonus after a busy day exploring, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Honestly, we couldn’t fault our stay and would happily come back!

Negative: Absolutely nothing! We genuinely couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Summary: Fantastic hotel, amazing staff and the perfect base for exploring Hanoi – we loved it!
