Summary: Although the building is old, but overall it is still decent and comfortable to live in. For me personally, a unique experience is that this hotel provides free dinner for its guests. Unfortunately maintenance still needs to be improved. It is strategically located near a market but doesn't offer many choices of attractions anymore, maybe because of the effects of the floods that have hit this area.
