Please look at Vidanta.com for information on the resort and the lay-out of the rooms. The price listed is for a 1-bdrm suite in the Grand Bliss or the Grand Mayan. You can upgrade to a 2-bdrm suite for $1000 additional. I will need to call the resort to check availability before I can make the reservation, so please be aware of that.
Arrival and departure on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
This resort does not offer an all-inclusive option. The food is very exceptional at all the restaurants and the Jade Market on-site offers a deli and grocery.
Reservations are available in seven night increments - Christmas/ New Years and Easter are really hard to get, so you need to book several months in advance. Sometimes I can get them and sometimes I can't.
Guests may cancel their reservation(s) up to 40 days prior to scheduled arrival. There is an administrative fee for such cancellations of US$50 per cancellation. In the event of cancellation with less than 40 days notice, there is no refund of the deposit/usage fee given upon reservation of the desired unit.
Please check with us before booking. We will check availability at the resort and make the reservation for you after booking is confirmed. Prices will vary depending on the type of unit you desire. We have access to Grand Luxxe (Jr Villa only), Grand Bliss, Grand Mayan, and the Mayan Palace.
The Grand Luxxe Junior Villa features one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a living room with a sleeper sofa, private deck, two TVs and private beach. Also available exclusively for the use of Grand Luxxe is the Spatium spa that offers tranquility with its secluded and beautifully designed space. Enjoy your treatments in one of the private casitas, or experience the pampering of this cutting-edge facility, including a hydrotherapy annex offering Jacuzzis, cold plunge tubs, and steam rooms, or the salt therapy cabin.
The Grand Bliss one bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, and private terrace with a plunge pool. Guests at the Grand Bliss can enjoy special access to a private beach club with pristine pools with stunning views of the ocean and a private Kid’s Club. Guests can also access a number of other incredible pools and water features. We also have access to 2-bdrm suites if you have a larger party. We are members of this resort and have personally been there four times. Everything you need is right at the resort, so you do not have to leave the security of this 1000 acre oasis if you choose not to. I personally love the Grand Bliss because it offers access to almost everything on the resort, including a private beach. The Beach Club is awesome and only available to Grand Bliss and Grand Luxxe, so you can enjoy a more relaxed beach experience. We really enjoyed hanging out there in a cabana for the day and being waited on hand and foot!
I do want to say that the photos I have posted really do depict what this resort (Vidanta Riviera Maya) looks like. All the rooms may not look exactly like the pictures, but they are all really nice. Please let us know what kind of layout you are looking for, and we will do our best to accommodate you. I was in awe of how beautiful and clean the entire resort was. We have 3 weeks available but we only get to use one, so here is your chance to experience it's beauty!

From the longest lazy river in Latin America to the cutting-edge wave pool with waves up to 1.5 meters high, Jungala offers something for every sun-seeker. My husband and I spent half the day there and really enjoyed the slides and the rides! They have a great area for smaller children with a restaurant close by, so you can sit and have a beverage while the kids wear themselves out! Cant beat that!
