Positive: The villa itself is nicely decorated and comfortable. The in room onsen is the big attractions and the hot spring water is great. The location is a bit out of the way about 15 min walking distance from the busy area of Jiaoxi but only 3 min bike ride.

Negative: Difficult for taxi to get in and out of the yard.

Summary: Nice B&B for the in room private hot spring.
