Summary: The Oriental Jade delivered one of the best and most personal service experiences that I have experienced in a five star hotel. Even though we only stayed one night, the team made us feel exceptionally welcome in every respect. The room was also nice and clean, with a modern bathroom, nice view and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - and we are quite picky with our breakfasts. Egg station, fresh and tasty juices and fruit, were some of the highlights. Can strongly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel, when visiting Hanoi.
