Positive: There is a small cafe near reception and a restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner for guests and others.There is an outdoor area and pool ( it was closed ).The staff are very helful. The cleaning housekeeping staff are also very helpful and do a good job. There is a Shopping mall attached to the hotel.The Tung Chung metro stop is about a 5 minute walk..very handy to get into various areas of Hong Kong. There is a bus terminal located in the same area all near the station and hotel and shops. The Nong Ping 360 cable car to the Buddha is a 5 min walk across from the hotel/station area.Best to get your tickets online via Klook otherwise there can be queues. There is a great little cafe/restaurant opposite the station, which has really good food (especially if you're looking for western style food)..cafe oloa...you can have breakfast or dinner there..plus they do a set lunch menu which is really worth it.There are also 2 bakery shops at the plaza outside and adjacent to the station..good for all your bakery treats or quick meals.There is also a supermarket right on the lower level of the mall, which has everything. I really liked the area as everything was very convenient plus the hotel has a shuttle to and from airport.. check with reception as it runs hourly.

Negative: Many shops don't t open till about 10ish and the afternoon can be really busy at the station, bus terminal and in the main mall.
