Summary: My door did not shut properly and one day the staff left the room and did not check to make sure door was completely shut. When I returned in the evening the door looked locked but it was not. That same day they left the trash in the bag in my room. I had spotty service When I checked out I left the key on the dresser per instructions. I was called and told they could not find the room key and I would be charged $100 if I didn’t bring it back. I was told they could not cleaning staff and then the manager of the cleaning staff looked and could not find my key. I told them I would check and get back to them. In a couple hours they had already charged my card and then contacted me and told me they found the key. So I was charged within just a few hours and then contacted that they had refunded back to my account. I knew I had left the key as I double checked. Don’t know that I will stay there again
