Positive: The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway stations (line 1 and line 6), restaurants, and a shopping area. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive.

Negative: We made a reservation to stay at this hotel from February 2nd to 5th. However, due to maintenance issues, the hotel transferred us to another hotel, the Wyndham Garden Suzhou. The hotel we were transferred to was far below our expectations. The Wyndham Garden Suzhou is an old and poorly maintained hotel. Worse still, it is a smoking hotel, and people smoke in the hotel corridors, in the lobby, and even at the elevator doors. We are allergic, and our only request to Suzhou Garden was a non-smoking room. However, when we arrived at the Wyndham, there were no non-smoking rooms available, and we had to stay for a week in a smoking room, taking allergy medication.
