Summary: We were looked after, by everyone, from the first minute of arrival to getting dropped back off at the airport. The CP staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, this was the best service I have ever had. The staff knew our names, my morning drink was ready at breakfast, they looked to give us the best service with a smile, anything we needed and more, nothing was too much trouble. The staff wanted to be there happily to help. The pools were fantastic. The facilities were good. Everything was clean and well looked after. The food was very good and we enjoyed every meal we had at the Crowne Plaza, Haitang Bay.
