Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The apartment is spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and fast to respond to questions and solve problems (however, there were quite a few things they wouldn't have needed to solve in the first place if they were a little more prepared).

Negative: The listed amenities were not completely true unfortunately. One of the reasons I booked this apartment was that it listed a tumble drier, but there was only a washer and some hangers to dry clothes (not even a drying rack, we had to be creative hang the clothes on the window railing and in the bathroom to dry). When we arrived the fridge was broken and needed to be replaced - we got the one the receptionist girl was using, including some of her food that was left in there. On our first day a plumber came in the morning and worked in the apartment the entire day, even though we were told he just needed to fix warm water in the bathroom he ended up changing a lot of things there, including light and boiler, leaving a mess. Plus he was smoking at the door, right next to our freshly washed clothes. We received a daily cleaning, but even though the cleaning lady was very nice, she came in quite inconvenient times, like at 9 am on new years day! The kitchen was used as a storage space, there were 3 large boxes piled there, almost blocking the path to the washer. Also, the kitchen is completely unequipped, there was only a kettle and 4 mugs, nothing else, not even a spoon. All in all, this could be a much nicer place with a little better organisation and better communication about what guests should expect.
