Positive: The customer service at this hotel was TOP TIER. Mr. Zhong the manager, the front desk Ray and Lisa in the food services all did an exceptional job in serving us. Special note to Mr. Zhong going above and beyond in making sure we had a great experience at this hotel.

Negative: I just wish I could have stayed longer. The bed, service and location were excellent.
