Summary: The adult swimming pool is always closed!!!! It says guests need to tell hotel 30 minutes in advance if we want to use the swimming pool then they open it.i never encounter such in 5 star hotel before! The hotel is overall old now, needs renovation. Activities for adults not much. Overall not feel so resort like.
