Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail in both the amenities and overall design. The facilities were excellent, although they ask everyone one to wear swimming caps – from the pool and gym to the restaurant, everything was well-maintained and of high quality. I especially appreciated the five star buffet on the week end and the breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. A special thank you to Vivi whom when above and beyond ! Absolutely fantastic and professional behaviour towards us. She showed great kindness in accommodating our family, she’s an asset to the hotel/company.
