Positive: Location

Negative: Check in was horrendous. Staff were incapable of handling booking.com booking and wanted to charge more then said any variance would be refunded by booking.com. All this was done using translator. Finally a manager arrived and helped resolve but it was a 40-50 min check in. Thank goodness my daughter who speaks Chinese was with me but even she struggled until the manager who I requested turned up
