Guests are required to show a valid government-issued id card or passport upon check-in, please kindly note that due to local regulations, the property will not provide the following 10 disposable toiletries including shaver, washing powder, conditioner, body lotion, bath salt, shower cap, bath sponge, comb, match and shoe shine wipes in guest rooms since 01 october 2019. slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, and gift bag are provided subject to availability (limited quantity). please contact the front desk if you need the above items, please note that the swimming pool on the third floor of the hotel will undergo annual maintenance and cleaning from september 22 (wednesday) to september 28 (tuesday), 2021; during this period, the fitness center and locker rooms can still be used as normal. we apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and support. the hotel pool will be unavailable during this period.
