Positioned on the 12th green of Seville Golf and Country Club. The backyard has a pool, hot tub, misting system, comfortable seating and lots of sun or shade provided by the gazebo and patio. Enjoy the open concept gourmet kitchen, dining, living area overlooking the backyard and golf course. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each with queen sized beds and the master with a king sized bed. Memory foam or pillow toppers for sleeping comfort.
Enjoy watching TV outside, on the big screen in the living room or the bedroom. We have a wonderful sound system for movie nights or sitting poolside.
