Summary: This property has seen better days. I can see why people have liked it so much in the past, but it needs some redecoration to fix it up to it's former glory. It was clean enough, but everything from the bathroom to bedrooms and common areas could use some sprucing up. Service was quite good with staff offering assistance in Chinese and English, but the food and excursions are all overpriced. For a non-chinese speaking foreigner, I would definitely recommend this place because they will take care of you, but for someone who can get around and order food in Chinese there are better options in the vicinity.
