Positive: Good breakfast. Location perfect, MTR station just outside the hotel. Hotel is only 3 storeys high, like very much because it is very convenient (low floors). Near city, near HSR station, only 10-minute taxi HSR to Hotel. Behind hotel has variety of food serviced in confortable restaurants/shops.

Negative: If long stay, would be good to have short tours available via the hotel.

Summary: Pleasant, warm, helpful services provided, make one welcome & happy to stay.
