Positive: Newly refurbished rooms that were finished to a high quality, incredibly comfortable. Room facilities were perfect. Location close to underground station and quite central meaning good transport links. Staff were very professional and caring.

Negative: The downstairs bar could do with an update - the staff were lovely but the decor and menu are outdated. For a good quality chain like this I would expect better labelling on the breakfast and accommodations with dietary requirements. These were possible but it took some effort to arrange
