Positive: The hotel is very nice and modern, with a big room and great facilities, close to train station and shopping mall. The reception staff, especially Kelly, was extremely friendly and helpful—she even helped us organize a birthday cake for my daughter, which made our stay extra special. All the staff greeted guests every morning and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their stay. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and definitely one of my favorites.
