We say that you're our friends or on business using our place free of charge . We can only rent to people that are sympathetic to this, keep to themselves, and help us keep this place for future guests. If you need a place where you can openly say you're a paying customer for short term rental, have local family and friends over to entertain, than we can't rent to you. Security will notice and your stay won't be as expected. Please make sure your whole group can accept this. We're trying to share our luxury beach home only, the swimming pool, game room, KTV and poker room are off limits, we have to sign in to use this and it causes some inconveniences. The gym is available to use.
Enter the exact amount of guest who'll be staying. No other guests are allowed, if other guests are reported to us by the security your deposit will be forfeited, you'll be asked to leave and you'll be reported to Homeaway, we really want to keep the integrity of the apt and respect neighbors. Elderly and families with small children have their dream vacation home here, if you have a loud group that need more freedoms this might not be a good fit.
The person who reserves our room shall be at age 20 or above.
No clean-up service during your stay, but the service can be requested with extra charge. Cleaning supplies will be provided, and we expect you to clean up after yourselves.
NOTE: This is a million USD condo our well to do neighbors want accountability for what we do, please don't ask for more than 6 people, we realize we could fit 6+ people in this apartment. We're looking for people looking to live comfortably that fits with our upscale community, it's not suited for 8+ people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having outside visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected.
